You can use the website www.gasbijoux.com without registering personal information. However when you create an account on our site we ask for data which are mandatory to have your order invoiced and delivered: your name, home address, email address, and so on... The site www.gasbijoux.com delivers worldwide. The delivery in most countries is in the frame of DDP (Delivery Duty Paid): all the taxes linked to the importation of goods, to the customs and other local taxes are included in the sales price. We can deliver many other countries but in the frame of DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid):the addressee will have to pay any importation tax or local tax related to the order. The site www.gasbijoux.com doesn't deliver to PO boxes.
What are the shipping costs and time?
The delivery service of www.gasbijoux.com is provided by UPS for France (except for Paris), the European Union and the USA, Japan and Switzerland. In Paris the courrier company First Course delivers orders within the day if placed before 2pm.

If you want to track the delivery of your order, go into you account, then click on "see my orders". For the UPS deliveries you'll get a confirmation email when your order is dispatched with your tracking number. You can return any product ordered on the site www.gasbijoux.com within 7 days after delivery date, in its initial state and packaging with the invoice. All the products bought online can't be exchanged or reimbursed by our Gas stores in France or by our retailers.

You can pay your order by credit card : you have to give your credit card number and expiry date on the payment page.You can also pay by check and send your payment within 7 days after purchase. From the amount of 250€ and up, www.gasbijoux.com allows itself to ask for a recto/verso copy of your card as well as a proof of residence.

What is the guarantee of Gas Bijoux jewels?
Gas Bijoux jewels are guaranteed for one year after purchase. Gas Bijoux repairs or replaces for free any element that could be faulty (subject to approval). This guarantee doesn't cover: * damages due to incidents or to a wrong use * normal wearing effect on metal, enamel or leather, cotton, nylon straps * when one earring is lost
What is the repair cost?
For the jewels no more under guarantee Gas Bijoux will make a proposal subject to approval before making any repair if the fees should exceed 20€.
What's the time lenght needed for the repair?
The time lenght needed for the repair is from 4 to 8 weeks.
Where should I leave/ send to my Gas Bijoux jewel to have it repaired?
The craftsmen of Gas bijoux workshop use specific devices with traditional savoir-faire to design every piece of jewelry. The same attention is brought to care and repair. You can leave your jewel in one of our Gas Bijoux stores (see the list of stores). You can also send it by post to the address below, adding a check of 7,50€ to cover the shipping fees. Can I change the tie of the bracelets ?
It is possible to change the tie of the bracelets (depending on the availability of the colours) in the Gas Bijoux boutiques. The fee to change the tie is 10 euros)

What's the composition of Gas Bijoux jewels?
Most of our jewels are made of golden metal ( layer of 20 microns of 24-carat gold) or silvery metal (layer of 10 or 20 microns of genuine silver). The basis is made of brass covered with bronze for gold, and brass for silver. Some jewels are made of genuine 925 silver. Jewels are treated to reduce the potential risks of allergy and are nickel-free.
How should i take care of my Gas Bijoux jewels?
In order to preserve the natural brightness of your jewels you shouldn't bring them into contact with water and humidity, and with perfume as well. Perfume, beauty products, alcohol, chemical products, lemon and other acid substances, but also salted water and chlorine must be avoided.It's thus advised to put makeup and perfume before putting on your jewels. We recommend that you regularly clean your jewels with soapy water (Marseille soap) then that you carefully rince them with water. You can use a soft brush and and lukewarm soapy water to eliminate the dirty deposits (salted water, chlorine, sun oil). Rince them with water and dry them with a soft fabric. If your jewel remains darkened in spite of it all, we can clean it in a special barrel bath. You can ask for this service in one Gas Bijoux store (see the list of the stores). It's also possible to have a jewel re-silvered in our workshop in Marseille.
Regarding the leather bracelets and necklaces: Leather is a noble material that gets old and takes a natural patina with time. Regarding the bracelets with straps: the nylon strap can be in contact with water. However we recommend that it shouldn't be recurrent and long-lasting since it could alter the metal parts.
The sequins and the stones get detached, what should I do?
If a sequin or a stone gets detached (after a shock for instance) you shouldn't use strong glue since it definitely alters the jewel and we can't then guarantee the repair. We ask you to rather leave the jewel in one of our stores or to send it to our Customer Service Dept where the best will be done to meet your expectations.
My jewel has darkened, what should I do?
Your jewel will take a nice patina with time, it's the normal process. Where are Gas Bijoux jewels made?
Gas Bijoux collections are handmade, mostly in our workshop located in Marseille. We also work with craftsmen with akcnowledged savoir-faire and with subcontractors for specific operations. In all these workshops, the choice of high-quality materials, of experienced craftsmen and the extreme care brought to every phase in the manufacturing of jewels make for keeping and renewing our unique savoir-faire in the field of upscale jewelry. Man's hand is the key actor. Every jewel has the GAS touch: proportions, match of colors, composition, balance (for instance in the making of earrings) imply high skills and technicity. The same care is brought to every step of the manufacturing, the least ring is carefully chosen, each pearl is selected according to its size and reflections.
What's the weight of the earrings?
In order to avoid any uncomfort the weight of our earrings never exceeds 25 grams.

Is it possible to buy one missing earring?
Our earrings are only sold by pair.
Is it possible to find an old product?
Our jewels are part of limited editions, except for certain products, which makes it impossible.
Is it possible to have the fastening system of a pair of earrings changed?

Is it possible to have the battery of a Gas Bijoux watch replaced for free?
Watches have a two-year guarantee. It doesn't cover battery changing.
Is it possible to have a jewel gift-wrapped?
All of Gas Bijoux jewels are packed in their silky pouch. The nylon strap jewels and the earrings from the Sequins collection are delivered in a refined Gas Bijoux paper case.
